Physical Books
Our physical books are printed on demand specifically for each order. Because of the nature of the print-on-demand production, physical books are not returnable or refundable for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other buyer-preference reasons.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem. We will assist you with obtaining a replacement when the issue qualifies.
Please do not mail a book back unless you are specifically instructed to do so.
Digital Products
Digital products are not returnable or refundable once purchased or downloaded. If you experience a problem accessing a digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.
